Extension and renovation of the villa "Le Maquis" in Saint-Raphael.

This Anglo-Norman-style villa was built in 1886 for Félix MARTIN, then Mayor of Saint-Raphael, by architect Jacob WALTON HOUTELET.
The architectural party consists of working the extension project in the manner of a minimalist base, without significant excavation, in order to highlight the existing building, as on a promontory.
This base is inscribed in the thickness of the basement up to the floor of the DRC, allowing to create terraces for existing apartments and hanging gardens.
